Do Not Use

alcohol or Peroxide ever on your body piercing

Clean piercing several times a day....

Rinse with Mouthwash after, every thing

you put in your mouth.

Ice water will help swelling

don't touch other mouths with a new piercing...

lip, tongue, cheek, ect...
